Andrew Andereck joined Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion, LLC in 2019. His practice is primarily focused on civil litigation involving automobile liability, premises liability, products liability, construction defects and other personal injury matters.

Mr. Andereck has tried numerous cases covering a wide range of causes of action to verdict in both Federal and state courts.

Mr. Andereck also has extensive experience with motion practice in Federal and state courts regarding personal jurisdiction, exclusion of expert testimony, and other dispositive issues. In 2021, Mr. Andereck successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment in the City of St. Louis related to the application of Missouri’s interpleader statute, Mo. Rev. Stat. § 507.060, in a complex matter involving seventeen claimants.

Prior to joining RSSC, Mr. Andereck practiced primarily in the areas of employment and business-related law including transactional work and litigation related to wage & hour issues and discrimination. In relation to that work, Mr. Andereck successfully argued a Motion for Summary Judgment regarding a number of employment status issues before the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Mr. Andereck received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2013. As a law student, Mr. Andereck earned certificates and/or concentrations in four areas of law: business-transaction law, employment law, taxation, and international/comparative law. Following law school, Mr. Andereck studied international business law as part of a Masters’ program at Universite’ de Toulouse in Toulouse, France.

Prior to his career in legal services, Mr. Andereck was employed as Director of Operations at a locally owned cleaning and facility supply distribution and retail business where he developed an understanding of the unique challenges faced by both large and small businesses with respect to risk assessment and employer-employee relations.
