Tori Walls is a partner in the firm at the Edwardsville, Illinois office, having joined the firm in January 2019. An experienced trial attorney, Tori has handled a variety of cases in both state and federal court, including those involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, products liability, toxic torts, consumer fraud, breach of contract and insurance coverage disputes for insurance companies and their insureds. In her 19 years of practice, she has tried 15 civil jury trials to verdict, has tried numerous civil bench trials to verdict and has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in the Fifth District Appellate Court in Illinois. She has also obtained judgments for her clients, including individuals and insurance companies, through dispositive motions.

Tori was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2003 and the Missouri Bar in 2004. She spent the first 15 years of her legal career as a litigator with a defense firm in Edwardsville, Illinois. Tori attended Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature in 2000. During her four years at Illinois College, Tori played first and third base for the Illinois College Lady Blues softball team. She continued her education at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor degree in 2003.

Tori, her husband and her son live in St. Charles, Missouri. Tori and her family enjoy spending time with family and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. Tori is also active on the Board of Directors of a local youth football organization and enjoys watching her son play tackle football.
