Dean Stark

Dean Stark has been an attorney in the firm’s litigation section since 2006. Prior to joining RSS&C, Mr. Stark was an attorney in the commercial litigation department of a large Saint Louis firm. Mr. Stark has tried over 30 cases to jury verdict in both state and federal court, and appeared before both state and federal appellate courts. His litigation experience includes representation of clients both as Plaintiff and Defendant in a wide variety of commercial cases including breach of contract, real estate, commercial tort claims, environmental issues, and claims arising under the Copyright Act and Federal Lanham Act. He also has trial experience in the defense of premises liability claims on behalf of retailers and personal injury from automobile accident claims.

Brian McChesney

Brian is a partner in the St. Louis office of Rynearson, Suess, Schnurbusch & Champion, an experienced trial attorney with 30+ years of experience handling complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation, including automobile and commercial trucking accidents, fire and explosion cause and origin cases, construction and industrial accidents, defective and dangerous products, premises liability cases, and amusement park ride accidents.

Victor Essen

Mr. Essen is currently licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Essen’s work has concentrated in personal injury cases. However, Mr. Essen has also had experience with insurance coverage cases and appellate practice while working for the firm.

Jeff Suess

Jeff Suess is a founding partner and managing partner of the firm. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney with 30 years of courtroom and alternative dispute resolution experience.

Sam Rynearson

Sam Rynearson is a founding partner of the firm. He has over 47 years of trial experience in the area of civil litigation, primarily in the representation of the insurance industry. Mr. Rynearson handles litigation in the state and federal courts of Missouri. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been recognized as a Missouri Super Lawyer for many years.
